  5. The McDonald's machine is way more sophisticated than any other soft serve machine out there, which also kind of explains why is so finicky. I wouldn't recommend anyone to just go in there willy nilly and mess around with stuff, especially since it can break the machine, or cause it to perform in a manner that compromises food safety or quality.
